Dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, Sunshine Coast

Detectives have arrested a man after an alleged evade police and dangerous driving incident on the Sunshine Coast this morning.
Just after 10:30am, emergency services responded to reports of a vehicle fire on Mossy Bank Road in Eudlo.
Around 11:00am, police observed a vehicle allegedly linked to the fire travelling throughout Beerwah and being driven dangerously.
Officers tracked the vehicle with the assistance of Polair and successfully deployed tyre deflation devices before taking the male driver, and sole occupant, of the vehicle into custody on Roys Road in Beerwah at 11:46am.
An 18-year-old Sippy Downs man is currently assisting police with their inquiries.
