Police have charged a man following investigations into an incident at Mount Warren Park last Wednesday, May 23.
The incident occurred at 1.30pm near an oval where the man is alleged to have been acting inappropriately.
Detectives from the Child Protection and Investigation Unit have charged a 39-year-old Mount Warren Park man with indecent treatment of a child under 16 (expose).
He is due to appear in Beenleigh Magistrates Court on June 25.
