One person has died following a crash at Gaven early this morning.
Preliminary information suggests around 2.15am, a vehicle was travelling on Castle Hill Drive when it left the road, crashed into a tree and caught alight.
The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle died at the scene.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the cause of the crash and urges anyone who may have witnessed the crash is urged to please contact them.
