Gold Coast police are investigating after a man was robbed at knife-point in Surfers Paradise in the early hours of this morning.
Just before 3am, the 25-year-old man was sitting in a rented Nissan XTrail at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Peninsula Drive, when a stolen 2005 Mitsubishi Magna – containing four men – parked in front of his vehicle.
One of the men entered the 25-year-old’s vehicle and threatened him with a knife.
The victim exited the car, where a second man stole his car-keys, iPhone and watch, before the two men drove away in his vehicle.
The victim was not injured as a result of the incident.
Investigations continue.
