Police have charged a man with sexual assault following an alleged incident at a Torquay medical facility on October 4.
It is alleged at about 7.30pm, a woman was inappropriately touched by a man.
As a result of investigations, police arrested the man on October 25 and charged him with one count of sexual assault.
The man will appear in the Hervey Bay Magistrates court on November 15.
Police investigations continue with officers appealing for anyone who may have any information or experienced any inappropriate behaviour at medical facilities in Torquay or surrounding areas to contact them.
