Update – Suspicious death investigation, Depot Hill

Detectives have charged a man following investigations into the suspicious death of a man at Depot Hill on April 16.
A 56-year-old man was located with facial injuries at a residence on Campbell Street at around 9.30pm.
Emergency services responded, however the man was declared deceased at the scene.
A 28-year-old Depot Hill man has been charged with one count of murder.
He will appear before the Rockhampton Magistrates Court on April 26.
The two men were known to each other.
