Forensic Crash Unit investigators have charged a 53-year-old German national following a fatal traffic crash at Alligator Creek on June 10.
The woman who was the driver of one of the vehicles involved was charged on June 11 with one count each of drive without due care and attention causing death and drive without due care and attention causing grievous bodily harm.
She appeared in the Townsville Magistrates Court on June 13 and is to re-appear on June 17.

A man has died, and a woman is fighting for life after a three-vehicle traffic crash at Alligator Creek, south of Townsville this afternoon.
Around 2.10pm, police and emergency services responded to the Bruce Highway at the intersection with Allendale Road, following reports a truck and two vehicles had collided.
The driver of a silver sedan, a 62-year-old man, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
