Update: Pursuit of stolen vehicle, Sunshine Coast

Two boys have been charged after a stolen ute allegedly rammed a number of police cars on the Sunshine Coast this afternoon.
A total of eight police vehicles were damaged as a result of the incident, however no one was seriously injured.
A 12-year-old Logan Central boy and a 14-year-old Bli Bli boy have both been charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, evasion and driving unlicensed.
Police attended Mooloolah Valley just after 1.20pm following sightings of a white Ford Ranger in the area that had been stolen from Maroochydore on April 9.
Officers attempted to intercept the vehicle however it allegedly drove away at high speed.
Police followed the Ranger as it travelled along Steve Irwin Way toward Caloundra, at times crossing onto the incorrect side of the road at speed.
