Feast on Fruit & Deli, a local favourite in Morningside, is marking 25 years of serving fresh produce and gourmet delights to the community, a milestone that will be celebrated at their Junction Road store.

A Quarter Century of Community Service

Established in December 1999 by brothers Sergio and Joe Carbone and their cousins John and David Rotolone, the family-run business has been a staple for fresh fruits, vegetables, and deli items in the Morningside area. The owners, who personally source produce daily from the Rocklea Markets, pride themselves on offering high-quality, “ready-to-eat” goods to their loyal customers.

Over the years, they have built a reputation not just for their products but also for their connection to the local community. Co-owner Sergio Carbone reflected on the journey, expressing gratitude to customers for their unwavering support. He stated that bringing fresh and high-quality produce to the community continues to bring joy to the family, even after 25 years.

A Milestone Celebration

To commemorate this significant milestone, Feast on Fruit & Deli is hosting a celebratory event at the Morningside Central location on Saturday, 7 December 2024. From 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., the store will come alive with a party atmosphere featuring a DJ, complimentary fruit and deli platters, and an exciting competition. Shoppers spending $30 or more on the day will have a chance to win prizes, including a gourmet deli hamper and vouchers worth $200, $100, or $50.

Marketing Director of Morningside Central, Donna O’Neill, noted the long-standing partnership between Feast on Fruit and the shopping centre, owned by Chin Hong Investments Pty Ltd for the past 23 years. She praised the business for its commitment to quality and its enduring contribution to the Morningside community.
