Morningside State School P&C is hosting Festive Markets & Movie Night on the 24th of November from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The event will have stalls selling merchandise that are perfect for Christmas gifts. There will also be BBQ and different food trucks, as well as raffle draws, and an operating bar.
While parents are shopping, children will be treated to a free Christmas-themed movie on the big screen. Santa will also be visiting the event.
Everyone is reminded to bring their own picnic rugs or bean bags. Chairs are not allowed.

- Offers haircuts, colours, perms, permanent straightening, facial waxing, up styles, blow-dries, and hair extensions
- Takes pride in using ammonia-free products that are environment-friendly.
All Things Kids
- One-stop shop where children can buy merchandise with their favourite cartoon characters on it.
- Merchandise sold are created by Bonnie Munro, a mother of a three-year-old boy who is also the inspiration behind the creations. Bonnie shares that her boy had undergone different phases where he liked various cartoon characters. They have had a hard time going to the malls, in and out of different stores, to look for these items.

- Sells jewellery collection created by Kiki Amalfi, a Brisbane-based jewellery designer whose creations are popular both for quality and individuality.
Bow Street Crew
- Sells Australian-made hair accessories for girls of all ages
- Makes pieces that can be worn to school, sport clubs, and pony clubs

- Crafts Swarovski crystal and sterling silver jewellery by hand, including hair accessories

- Creates colourful paintings that are specifically designed to make homes full of life
Melissa Denny – an independent Scentsy Consultant
- Scentsy is a direct selling company that offers home and personal fragrance. Their products are sold by a network of Scentsy Consultants in 11 countries.
Mallory’s Tocino Pork , Chicken & Beef Jerky Snacks
- Sells authentic Asian style jerky
- Products undergo the unique process which gives it the sweet, sour, and salty taste. They are then air-dried and grilled until tender.
The Men’s Shed Carina
- The Men’s Shed Carina is a community of men who are residents of Brisbane’s eastern and surrounding suburbs. Members of the organisation engaged in different activities such as woodworking, furniture restoration, photography, cooking, fitness, family tree research, and toys making.
