An ongoing, proactive investigation into drug manufacturing, use and distribution in the Logan District has led to police charging 50 people with more than 360 drug and property related offences.
Since May, police have executed raids on more than 20 properties across the district, seizing quantities of cocaine, methylamphetamine, cannabis, diazepam, buprenorphine and testosterone.
Police have also seized items such as scales, pipes, grinders and waterpipes. Approximately $10,000 cash has also been seized, along with weapons including knuckle dusters, ammunition, nunchucks and tasers. Suspected stolen bank cards and vehicle keys have also been seized.
The warrants have been executed in suburbs including Yarrabilba, Beaudesert, Gleneagle, Tanah Merah, Jimboomba, Flagstone and Kooralbyn.
