What happens when you strip away futuristic drone tech from a massive riverfront blueprint and replace it with high-end real estate? Hemmant is about to find out as developers shift gears on a landmark marine precinct.
A Fresh Vision for the Riverfront

Can an industrial park double as a coastal destination? Frank Developments thinks so, tossing out early futuristic blueprints in favour of high-end real estate practicality along the Brisbane River.
Partnering with Cavill Architects, the design team scrapped the original concept to throw open the river frontage. Uninterrupted water views now greet visitors, replacing a closed-off compound with an arrival experience that feels more coastal resort than heavy industry.
Expanded Spaces and Boating Facilities

Ninety-one purpose-built work stores now anchor the updated master plan, accompanied by a flexible fleet of more than seventy-five private marina berths. Units ranging up to five hundred square metres feature high clearance roller doors and glazed garage fronts to flood mezzanine offices with natural sunlight.
Navigating large watercraft through the property is no longer a puzzle either. Generous nine-metre internal roadways give operators hauling twelve to twenty-five-metre vessels plenty of room to breathe.
Lifestyle Meets Industrial Utility
Beyond the workshop floor, a round-the-clock security team watches over a suite of resident perks including private boat-launching ramps, on-water refuelling, and an on-site gymnasium. Positioned just fifteen minutes from the heart of the city and the port, this project integrates seamlessly with the broader six-hectare master plan for the neighbourhood. Sales campaigns for individual units are scheduled to kick off in the coming weeks.
