Police are investigating after a unit was destroyed by fire in Toowoomba early this morning.
Initial inquiries indicate around 3am a motorcycle was set alight inside a garage in the complex before an object was thrown onto the veranda of the Margaret Street unit.
Fire engulfed the unit, destroying the residence and causing damage to neighbouring units.
No one was physically injured during the incident.
Detectives declared a crime scene and are continuing their inquiries.
Anyone who witnessed suspicious activity in the area overnight is urged to come forward.
