After a long career of sniffing out drugs and money, PD Flipa is retiring at last to the country.
The experienced Brisbane Dog Squad drug and current detection dog was born on September 28, 2008, daughter of police drug detection dog PD Asko and sister to retired PD Fanta (explosives and firearm detection dog) and retired PD Flynn (drug detection dog).
She has outlasted her brothers as a working dog and, despite still being a very good detection dog, has earned the right to relax in retirement on a semi-rural property with the parents of her current handler, north of Brisbane.
