Yesterday, the QPS successfully sought an injunction to restrain a former service provider, tow.com.au, and its managing director from disclosing personal and confidential information belonging to members of the public and the State.
The QPS has taken further steps today to secure and recover the personal information in the possession of this former service provider.
The QPS has and will continue to take all necessary steps to protect and secure personal and confidential information about Queenslanders.
