Gympie detectives investigating an alleged wounding incident that occurred at a Rifle Range Road property on November 28 have arrested and charged a third man over the incident.
A 27-year-old Gympie man has been charged with one count each of wounding, enter dwelling with intent, acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm, as well as two counts of robbery whilst armed with a dangerous weapon.
He has been denied police bail and is due to appear in the Gympie Magistrates Court tomorrow, Friday December 7.
A 21-year-old Chatsworth man and a 25-year-old Glastonbury man were both previously charged in relation to this incident.
A 24-year-old man had been transported to hospital with serious stab wounds following the alleged November 28 incident.
The 27-year-old man was arrested today at an address in Cootharaba Road where police also arrested two people on unrelated drug matters.
