A 17-year-old boy has been charged after another teenage boy was allegedly stabbed at Nambour yesterday evening.
It will be alleged around 5.20pm two boys aged 17 became involved in an altercation at the pedestrian underpass near the rail station at Nambour.
One of the boys sustained serious stab wounds to his chest and hands as a result of the alleged incident. The other boy allegedly fled the scene.
The injured boy was taken to Nambour Hospital before being transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital with life-threatening-injuries.
A 17-year-old boy has since been charged with attempted murder.
Investigations are continuing.
