A 26-year-old man who was seriously injured during a two-vehicle crash on November 11 has died in hospital.
Police are investigating following a serious traffic crash that occurred in Chambers Flat this afternoon.
Just after 4pm, a motorcycle travelling on Chambers Flat Road collided with the rear of a truck.
No one else was injured as a result of the crash.
The Forensic Crash Unit is continuing to investigate the cause of the crash.
