Police are investigating the death of a man in Murrumba Downs this morning.
Around 5.45am, police were advised that a man was lying seriously injured outside a convenience store on Blyth Road with suspected serious stab wounds.
The man was declared deceased at the scene.
Detectives from the Criminal Investigation Branch are investigating the circumstances surrounding his death.

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a man involved in an evade police incident in Brinsmead last night.
The incident occurred in the vicinity of Reservoir Road at around 7.30pm where a stolen vehicle crashed into a tree.
He was last seen near parkland around Glenoma Park and may be in possession of a firearm. Police also believe the man may have been injured as a result of the crash.
He is described as Caucasian, 175cm tall, with a heavy build, blonde hair and brown eyes. He also has a tattoo across his upper chest.
Anyone who sees the man is urged not to approach him but to contact Triple Zero (000) immediately.

Police are investigating the robbery of a service station tonight at Nerang.
At 7.55pm a man has entered the Riverview Road business armed with a knife. The female staff member has retreated to a locked room at the rear of the store. The man has removed some cigarettes and left the store on foot.
The man is described as Caucasian, 190cm tall and of medium build.
Police are appealing for anyone with relevant dash cam vision or who has further information to contact police.
