A 1-year-old boy struck by a vehicle has died on property near Mackay this morning.
Just before 7am, the boy was near the rear of house at a rural property on Head Menkins Road when he was hit by the utility.
First aid was administered to the child, however he was pronounced deceased a short time later.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
