Police have arrested a man following an incident in Nerang this afternoon.
Around 6pm, a dog squad police car was travelling south on the Pacific Motorway when another car attempted to ram it several times.
The police car briefly pursued the car before terminating the pursuit after two minutes.
The driver of the car was later located at Ashmore and arrested.
