Police are appealing for public assistance as investigations continue into a fatal house fire at Everton Hills this morning.
Initial investigations suggest at 5.40am, neighbours heard an explosion occur on Pavonia Street.
Emergency Services responded to the scene where they observed a house engulfed by flames.
Three people were pronounced deceased at the scene including two women and a man.
Members of the public who may have CCTV or dashcam footage are being encouraged to contact police.
Officers are also urging anyone who may have seen or heard anything suspicious within the vicinity of Pavonia Street between 5.30pm April 16 and 5.30am today to contact police.
Investigations are continuing.
