Possible firearm incident, Rockhampton.
Police are investigating an incident this morning where damage was caused to a parked RV on Yaamba Rd, Rockhampton.
The two occupants of the RV, tourists from New Zealand, were camped overnight near the Bruce Highway when they heard two loud bangs at around 5am. Damage was caused to the body of the RV and the windscreen was shattered.
Police are investigating as to whether the damage may have been caused by gunshots.
Fortunately, neither of the two occupants was physically injured.
Police have declared a crime scene and investigations are continuing.

Break and enter, Archerfield
Police are investigating the break and enter of a café in Archerfield early this morning.
At around 3.30am police responded to reports a security alarm had been activated.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a standalone ATM had been removed from the Stockwell Place address.
It is believed nothing was taken which belonged to the café however the front doors were significantly damaged from the incident.
Anyone who may have noticed any suspicious behaviour in the area at the time is urged to contact police.
