A teenaged boy had been charged following investigations into an incident at Deception Bay on Friday night where a police vehicle was allegedly rammed by a stolen car.
Around 7.15pm, police observed a stolen white Subaru wagon at an address in Bailey Road when it will be alleged the driver reversed at speed into the police car where officers were forced to take evasive action to escape serious injury.
A 14-year-old boy has been charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, burglary, stealing, possess weapon and wilful damage.

Serious traffic crash, Greenslopes
Police are appealing for witnesses to a serious traffic crash this afternoon at Greenslopes.
Initial inquires indicate about 1.40pm a motorbike and a grey small SUV were both headed inbound on Logan Road just after Juliette Street when they have collided.
The 35-year-old male rider of the motorbike was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital where he remains in a critical condition.
The driver of the grey Hyundia Kona was not physically injured in the crash.
Police are appealing for any witnesses or people with relevant dashcam vision to contact police.
Pedestrian critically injured in Annerley crash
A man has sustained life-threatening injuries after being struck by a car at Annerley this afternoon.
Preliminary information indicates two cars were involved in a collision at the intersection of Venner Road and Lagonda and Frederick streets at around 5.25pm.
The impact caused one of the vehicles to become airborne and flip. The vehicle came to rest on its roof at the corner of Venner Road and Frederick Street, colliding with a man standing at the intersection.
A 68-yer-old Annerley man was trapped under the vehicle for a period of time before being transported under police escort to the Princess Alexandra Hospital with critical injuries.
The drivers of both vehicles, a 21-year-old woman from Yeronga and a 21-year-old man from Crestmead were transported to the Mater Hospital for assessment / observation.
The woman’s passenger, a 20-year-old man from Yeronga was transported to the same hospital for treatment to minor injuries.

Update2: Stabbing – Man with critical injuries, Woodridge
Detectives have released an image of a jacket in conjunction with investigations into the stabbing of a man at Woodridge on Saturday night.
At approximately 11pm on August 18, the 37-year-old male victim was involved in an altercation with a group of men in Prince Park, near Ewing Road, Woodridge. The victim was stabbed in the neck during this altercation and remains in a critical condition in the Princess Alexandra Hospital.
Investigators still want to speak to a group of three men aged between approximately 20 and 40-years-of-age and two young children who it is believed, can assist police with their inquiries.
This group was distinctive with one man playing loud music and another man wearing an orange, high-visibility jacket similar to the one pictured.
Police would also like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed any suspicious behaviour in the area of Prince Park, including Ewing Road and surrounding streets at the
Wounding charge, Cairns
Cairns Police have charged a 16-year-old Earlville boy with unlawful wounding following investigations into an alleged stabbing in the CBD overnight.
It will be alleged that around 10.25pm in Lake Street a verbal argument occurred between a teenage boy and a 38-year-old Manoora man with the argument escalating into a brief fight before the boy produced a knife threatening the man before leaving.
As the boy was walking away he got into a verbal argument with a 37-year-old Trinity Park man, a friend of the 38-year-old man. It will be alleged that during this altercation the man was stabbed in the back.
He was treated at the scene before being transported to Cairns Base Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police arrested the boy soon after in a nearby street. He has been charged with one count each of unlawful wounding, unlawful possession of a knife and public nuisance.

Update: Stabbing – Man with critical injuries, Woodridge
Detectives have renewed their appeal for witnesses to come forward following the stabbing of a man at Woodridge last night (Saturday, August 18).
At approximately 11:00pm, the 37-year-old male victim was involved in an altercation with a group of men in Prince Park, near Ewing Road, Woodridge. The victim was stabbed in the neck during this altercation and is currently in a critical condition in the Princess Alexandra Hospital.
An Investigation Centre has been established at Logan Central Police Station to investigate the matter under the name of Operation Quebec Larimar.
Numerous Queensland Police Service resources are involved in the investigation including the Logan Criminal Investigation Branch, Logan Child Protection Unit, Homicide Investigation Unit and Scenes of Crime Unit.
Assistance has also been provided by local SES members with a search being conducted of Prince Park and surrounding area.

Update: Armed robbery, Sunnybank
Police investigating the armed robbery of a service station at Sunnybank on August 5 have identified a man who was the subject of an appeal for information into the matter.
Just before 11pm, a man walked into the Mains Road business armed with a knife and demanded money. He then left the premises on foot with a sum of cash and crossed Mains Road towards Mulgowie Street.
The offender is described as Caucasian, approximately 180cm tall with a slim build.
Investigations into the incident are continuing.
Police released a CCTV image of a man who may have witnessed the incident and may hold information important to investigators.
The man depicted in the image has since made contact with police and media outlets are requested to discontinue using this image in connection with this incident.

Endangering property by fire charges, Kingaroy
Police have charged a man following an investigation into nine fires lit on vacant land in Kingaroy.
It will be alleged that between August 3 and August 18, nine fires were lit on vacant land in Oasis Drive.
The fires threatened nearby fences and property however were promptly extinguished by emergency services.
No one was injured during the incidents.
On August 19, a search warrant was executed at an address in Roberta Street where a 26-year-old Kingaroy man was located and arrested.
The man is charged with nine counts of endangering particular property by fire and will appear in the Kingaroy Magistrates Court on September 17.

Update 3: Robbery with violence, Gold Coast
Detectives have charged a 29-year-old man following investigations into the alleged robbery and assault of a 40-year-old woman at Broadbeach on Monday, August 13.
It will be alleged around 7pm, the woman was outside a Surf Parade unit complex with a man when he assaulted her, striking her in the face and attempting to restrain her.
She managed to break free and sought help from the nearby police station.
The woman received treatment for facial injuries sustained in the assault.
A 29-year-old Southport man has been charged with one count each of robbery with violence, assault occasioning bodily harm, disabling in order to commit an indictable offence, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, possessing a category M weapon and receiving tainted property.
He is due to appear in the Southport Magistrates Court tomorrow.
