Police have released vision of a man they wish to speak with following the assault of a 15-year-old boy at a Sunshine Coast shopping centre on September 24.
At around 2.40pm the boy was walking with friends through the centre on Point Cartwright Drive when he was approached by a man unknown to him who began making threats, telling him to move out of the way.
The man then pushed the victim over before slapping him across the face and walking away.
The boy suffered a minor injury to his mouth as a result of the incident.
The man is described as Caucasian in appearance, around 182cm tall, aged in his 40s or 50s with grey hair and tattoos on arms and leg.
Police are appealing for anyone who may recognise the man or have further information to come forward.
