A woman has been charged after two police cars were allegedly rammed at Swanbank near Ipswich overnight.
It will be alleged around 11.50pm last night officers intercepted a vehicle which was stopped on East Owen Street.
As police approached to speak with the driver, the vehicle allegedly reversed at speed, forcing the officers to take evasive action as it struck a police car parked behind.
The vehicle then allegedly sped forward, collided with a door on another police vehicle and attempted to flee through bushland before crashing into trees, becoming stuck.
A male passenger fled from the vehicle while the alleged driver, a 32-year-old woman, was arrested at the scene.
A subsequent search of the car uncovered a quantity of drugs and utensils.
The Ipswich woman has since been charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle, driving unlicensed and two counts of possession of utensils.
She is due to appear in Ipswich Magistrates Court on October 1.
