Police have released dashcam footage as they try to identify a man who allegedly assaulted a security guard after stealing from a supermarket in Caboolture South on Friday.
At about 2.15pm, a man has entered a supermarket on Market Drive and filled a trolley with products.
The man has then left the store through the carpark and was approached by a security guard. The man has then allegedly assaulted the security guard who was later transported to Caboolture Hospital with facial minor injuries.
Police are appealing for anyone who may recognise the man in the footage or has any information to contact police.
