Sadly the 19-year-old woman who was flown to Brisbane in a critical condition after yesterdays serious traffic crash in Capella has passed away in hospital.
Forensic Crash Unit continues to investigate.

Police are investigating a fatal traffic crash in Capella overnight.
Around 11pm a utility travelling on the Gregory Highway was involved in a single vehicle crash, 22km north of Emerald.
Both occupants were ejected from the vehicle.
A passenger of the car, a 28-year-old Gympie man was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the car a 19-year-old Emerald woman was flown to Brisbane in a critical condition.
Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
